Joyce Kohn was born in Kansas City, Missouri and is one of five siblings. Her education was completed through the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education.
She taught second and third grade for five years until the birth of her first child. Joyce has been involved in sales and marketing since 1980.
Joyce and her husband, Chuck, have lived in Grand Island since 1976. They have two grown children, Sara and Brett. Sara is a middle school teacher in Kansas and Brett is currently completing his MBA at Northwestern in Illinois.
Joyce is an Associate Broker and is a Partner/Owner in Real Estate Group. She served on the Grand Island Board of Realtors for four years. She was nominated Realtor of the Year 2004. She is a graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and has received her designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Real Estate Sales is Joyce’s full-time career. Her hobbies include biking, exercise classes at the YMCA, traveling, reading and landscaping.
