In my 25+ years of experience as a Grand Island real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to your needs.
This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach. It requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

A little bit about me personally
Having grown up on a farm with six siblings, I learned the value of hard work, honesty, a simple life, love, and the power of God. I moved to Grand Island with my parents in 1968 and I have lived here ever since.
My husband, Norm, and I have been married for 36 years. We have grown two boys and two lovely daughters-in-law and four grandchildren.
For fun Norm and I ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles and love to go to concerts. I also sing a play my guitar in a church group at St Paul’s Lutheran Church. I love to play Bridge and other card games. We have a West Highland White Terrier (Westie) named Oscar, who loves to go for rides and walks.
